By placing an order with Romeo Waiting, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and understand our Returns Policy. Romeo Waiting is not liable for any issues resulting from a customer's failure to do so before completing their order.

Return shipping fees, as well as any international duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be faulty. If a return doesn't meet our policy conditions, we won't be able to accept it and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES

By placing an order with Romeo Waiting, you agree to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy before completing their purchase. Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Full-priced items and items purchased with a discount code (excluding final sale) may be returned for:

  • Store Credit Gift Card

  • Exchange

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Lodged through our Returns Portal

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • New, unused and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free from odour, makeup, deodorant, and fake tan

  • Folded and packaged neatly

Customers are responsible for return shipping and tracking. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Processing time: up to 7 business days after arrival.


SIZE EXCHANGES

If you need a different size and it is in stock, you may request a size exchange through the Returns Portal.

If the desired size is unavailable, you will receive a Store Credit Gift Card.

Requirements:

  • Request made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item meets all condition guidelines above

  • Return posted within 7 days of exchange approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping and tracking. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Processing time: up to 7 business days after arrival.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you received a faulty item, please upload clear photos via the Returns Portal.

For approved faulty items, you may choose:

  • Full refund (including original shipping)

  • Exchange (if available)

  • Store Credit Gift Card

Romeo Waiting covers all return shipping costs for faulty items.

Refunds may take up to two weeks depending on your bank.
Processing time after receipt: up to 7 business days.


WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, please submit photos through the Returns Portal.

You may choose:

  • Full refund (including original shipping)

  • Exchange for the correct item (if in stock)

  • Store Credit Gift Card

Romeo Waiting covers all return shipping costs for incorrect items.

Processing time: up to 7 business days after arrival.


STORE CREDIT GIFT CARDS

  • Valid for 12 months from issue

  • Can be applied at checkout

  • If expired, contact info@romeowaiting.com for assistance

Store credit is issued once your return is approved and processed.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care

  • Items outside the 14-day return window

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


HOW TO LODGE A RETURN

All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal:

  1. Enter your order number and email

  2. Select your return type (exchange, store credit, or eligible refund)

  3. Purchase a return label if applicable

  4. Pack your item securely with tags and original packaging

  5. Lodge your parcel at your nearest collection point

If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a sturdy cardboard box or satchel. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable packaging.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may:

  • Repurchase the correct size (if in stock)

Customers are responsible for international return postage.


US RETURNS — USPS LABELS

Customers located in the United States may purchase a prepaid USPS return shipping label directly through our Returns Portal, offering a simplified and reliable returns process.

US customers may also choose to ship their return independently if preferred and will be responsibile for the shipping and tracking of their return.
