3. International Shipping

With DDP, all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no further fees will be charged upon delivery.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Romeo Waiting is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

For parcels lost or damaged in transit:

Domestic Orders: Contact Australia Post with your tracking number.

International Orders: Contact your local postal service with the tracking number.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Customer Responsibility

Packages left with Authority to Leave are the customer’s responsibility.

Duties, taxes, and import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient, unless DDP was applied.
