  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason — including stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors or typographical mistakes, or payment issues.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Pricing & Payment

 

 

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable).

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, or import fees are not included unless clearly indicated at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full before we dispatch any order.

  • We accept payment methods as shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, any BNPL methods we offer).

  • Discount codes or promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retrospectively applied after the order is placed. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

 

 


 

 

5. Promotions, Discounts & Competitions

 

 

  • From time to time we may run promotions, sales, bundle offers, or competitions. Each such offer may have its own conditions (minimum spend, selected products/collections, expiry, limited uses, etc.). By placing an order or entering a competition/promotion, you agree to those additional terms.

  • Promotional codes and vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any promotional code, voucher, or order if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or system/technical errors.

 

 


 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Dispatch times are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to stock, carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or other factors.

  • Customers must supply accurate shipping information. We are not liable for parcels lost or misdelivered because of incorrect address details.

  • If you provide “Authority to Leave” (ATL), risk passes to you once the courier confirms delivery, and we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage afterward.

  • Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address, refusal, uncollected deliveries or similar will incur reshipment fees at your expense.

 

 


 

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Goods

 


We comply with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


 

7.1 Faulty or Incorrect Items

 


If an item you receive is faulty or incorrect, contact us with photo evidence, order number and description of the issue. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as permitted by law.


 

7.2 Change-of-Mind Returns (Optional)

 


We may offer returns/exchanges for change-of-mind under the following conditions:

 

  • Item must be returned within [e.g. 14] days of receipt.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Swimwear or intimate items must still have the hygiene sticker in original place (if applicable).

  • In Australia: change-of-mind returns may be eligible for store credit or exchange;

  • International orders: store credit only.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless we provide a prepaid label.

 


 

7.3 Gift Cards & Store Credit Usage on Returns

 

 

  • If a purchase made with a gift card or store credit is returned, any refund (or credit) will be issued back to store credit (not cash), unless otherwise required by law.

  • Gift cards / store credit are valid for [12 / 24 / 36] months (choose your policy) from date of issue, non-transferable and non-refundable to cash.

 

 


 

 

8. Risk, Title & Delivery

 

 

  • Risk in goods passes to you once we dispatch the order and the courier confirms delivery (or ATL is provided).

  • Title (ownership) passes to you only once we have received full payment.

 

 


 

 

9. Accuracy of Content, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

 

 

  • We strive to provide accurate and reliable product information (descriptions, images, sizing, colours). However, we cannot guarantee that the information will be error-free or exactly match the appearance of the product in real life (due to device screens, lighting, fit variance, etc.).

  • All content on the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties (explicit or implied) about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content.

  • Your use of the site, purchase of products, or reliance on site content is at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or products — to the full extent permitted by law.

  • Neither we nor our personnel or third-party partners will be liable for loss or damage from: third-party carriers, customs delays, natural events, technical issues, or any cause beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Changes, Assignment & Miscellaneous

 

 

  • We may assign, license or subcontract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights under the Terms without our written consent.

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that part will be severed; the remaining Terms will remain in full force.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
